Prices are approximate and the exact prices are available at request. To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance, the rest of the amount is payed at arrival. Apartments are located in center of Novi Vinodolski below main road second row from the sea accross the main bus station. Main town beach is sand and only 90m far, only few minutes further is pebble beach with a lot of shade. Central Korzo is located 70m far. We have around 10 parking spaces, playground for children for basketball and mini footbal, swings and large nicely decorated and enclosed garden. Apartments 1 and 2 are studio apartments with kitchen and bathroom, located in ground floor with separated entrances from the garden on west side and view on sunset. In front are available garden benches, table and grill. Apartment 1 has double bed + single bed + couch available as single bed. Apartment 2 has double bed + couch available as single bed. Apartment 3 is newly decorated 75m2 also in ground floor with beautiful its own stone terrace and separated grill and wooden benches with table. It has large living room with view on garden and sunset and bedroom with double bed and single bed, completely equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and large hall. In living room are two new cosy three-seaters which can be used as bed for 4 persons + 3 persons in bedroom 200 x 160. Arrival to apartments is after 13:00 and departure till 09:00. Tourist tax is not included into the price. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. All apartments have air conditioner. Air conditioner is extra charged. Internet is extra charged at agreement. Washing machine and dish washer are only in apartment 3. Apartments are new and all damage made in apartments is payed directly to owner.
